Take Highway 59 North to Cleveland, Texas.   North of Cleveland, Texas take the exit for Coldspring, which is FM 2025.  Follow the signs for Coldspring, which is 18 miles to the west of Highway 59.  At the dead end of FM 2025, turn right onto Highway 150.  Continue on Highway 150 to the San Jacinto County Courthouse, where there is a blinking traffic light.  Turn right in front of the Courthouse and drive 1 block.  Turn back to the right on Cedar Avenue, which is in front of the Bank of San Jacinto County.  The office is located in the small yellow wooden building across Cedar Avenue from the bank’s drive-through lanes.
