From the North: Exit Highway 59 in Humble at the FM 1960 exit. Turn east (left) back across Highway 59 at FM 1960 to the 2nd stop light, at North Houston Avenue. Two gas stations, a pawn shop, and a car repair shop are at that intersection. Turn south (right) onto North Houston Avenue. Drive past the traffic light at First Street to the 2nd street , which is Higgins. Turn right onto Higgins Street. 711 Higgins is in the 2nd block on the north side of the street, in a blue and white house with burgundy trim.
From the South: Exit Highway 59 in Humble at the FM 1960 exit. Turn right onto Higgins Street, which intersects the feeder road between the Comerica Bank and the Shell Gas station. Stay on Higgins Street past the railroad tracks and into the 700 block. The law office at 711 Higgins is on the north side of the street, in a blue and white house with burgundy trim.
