Public Speaking

During the past thirty years, I have had the privilege of speaking before many civic, social, educational, and religious groups in and around the Humble/Kingwood and Coldspring areas.  Among the groups to whom I have  made a presentation are: Humble Intercontinental Rotary Club; Humble Kiwanis Club; Northeast Harris County Bar Association; Humble Area Chamber of Commerce; First Presbyterian Church of Kingwood; American Business Women’s Association; Senior Citizens Center of Humble and Coldspring, Texas; Professional Connection; Columbia Kingwood Hospital; Northeast Medical Center Hospital; Coldspring Area Public Library;  Coldspring / San Jacinto County Chamber of Commerce; and Exxon/Mobil Retirees Group of Livingston.  I also served for several years as a guest lecturer before classes of Family and Consumer Science high school students at Humble High School.  Since opening my office in Coldspring, Texas, I have hosted free workshops for the public at the Coldspring Area Public Library, in the areas of estate planning  and family law.

I am often requested to provide my audiences with information concerning wills, probate, and family law matters.  I supplement my talks, not only with a sense of humor, but also with informative written materials.  I have a genuine love of my subject matter and place a high priority on educating the public with helpful information on important topics to which they might otherwise not be exposed.

It is the highest compliment to be requested to speak to various groups, and I am therefore always willing to accommodate such requests. If you belong to an organization or know of a group which you think would enjoy having me as a speaker, please feel free to give me a call and discuss your request.   There is no charge for my guest speaking appearance.  I believe that your group will not only benefit from a wealth of significant information, but I hope it will also share some of my enthusiasm for the law which I cannot help but relay in my presentation.
